Return and refund policy

Goods Sold are non-returnable unless stated differently.

If customer place an order and the items are already out of stocks. Shinjuku Auto Parts Sdn Bhd will make a full refund within 3 working days from the payment confirmation.

Items damage or missing during shipment, Shinjuku Auto Parts Sdn Bhd will make necessary arrangements on behalf of customer to claim compensation from the courier company.

WARRENTY
All products sold will have a 2 week warranty (start from successfully delivery date)
If after 2 week inform damaged item, we will not returnable and no refund.
In warranty damaged item we will replace arrange for a refund or exchange of other items.


Delivery Policy
Working Day is (Monday to Saturday), Delivery is usually next working day after received payment.
• Within Klang Valley - 1-3 days exclude public holiday
• Others West Malaysia Area - 1-3 days exclude public holiday
• East Malaysia - 4-9 days exclude public holiday
Day for Delivery. Delivery time may be longer during Long Holidays like Hari Raya or Chinese New Year.
